These terms cover use of the Bourbon Beaver app, published by Nordic Tug LLC (Oregon). By using the app you agree to them.
You must be 21 or older to use Bourbon Beaver, and you are responsible for following Oregon liquor laws wherever you use the app.
Bourbon Beaver shows Oregon liquor store inventory sourced from OLCC public records and lets you track bottles, save stores, and build a collection. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the OLCC. Inventory and price data can be stale or wrong, and we do not guarantee any bottle is actually on a shelf when you arrive.
You are responsible for your device and your Apple ID, and for anything that happens through your account.
Do not scrape the app or access it through automated means, resell its data, abuse the Golden Beaver, or use the app in a way that is unfair to other users. Be decent to store staff.
When you post ratings, reviews, finds, or photos, you grant us a license to display them in the app. We can remove content that violates these terms.
Bourbon Beaver is provided as-is. We work to keep inventory data current, but OLCC records lag reality, and we cannot promise a tracked bottle will be where or when the app says.
To the extent allowed by law, Nordic Tug LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including a wasted trip to a store.
We can suspend or terminate access for violating these terms. You can stop using the app, and delete your account, at any time.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
